Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Eyelash Fill.

We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks depending on your natural lash shed cycle and lifestyle. Factors like oil-based products, contact lens use, and sleep position affect retention. Your technician will advise a personalized schedule after assessing your lash health and retention.

When applied and removed by a trained technician using proper adhesive and weight-matching, fills should not harm natural lashes. Overuse of heavy extensions or improper aftercare can cause stress, so choose a qualified stylist and follow recommended care to protect lash health.

Most fills take between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the amount of regrowth and desired fullness. Full sets or extensive repairs require longer appointments. Your technician will assess your lashes at the start and give an accurate time estimate.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Remove mascara, eyeliner, and oil-based products to ensure adhesive bonds properly. If you need assistance, we can gently cleanse lashes before starting, but pre-cleansing at home helps shorten appointment time and improves retention.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy exercise for 24-48 hours to allow adhesive to cure. Use oil-free cleansers and avoid rubbing or picking. Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie and attend regular fills to keep extensions looking full and healthy.

Minor adjustments like slight length or curl changes can often be made during a fill, but major style changes may require a partial or full reapplication. Discuss your desired look with your technician beforehand so they can recommend the best approach.
