I love the patience of the lady that I spoke with when I called to make the appointment. I was a bit confused on what needed to be done and she gave me some options and scheduled me with Hope. Like my tattoo artists, I also think hairstylists & beauticians are artists. so I showed her a couple pictures of what I had in mind and gave her the freedom to do what she thought was needed. Love the results!! I also got a drink & never felt rushed like she was just trying to get to next client. Color & cut was $256 after 4 hrs
They do everything, next appt I’m going to treat myself to spa day!!

I got my first facial here with veronica, she made me feel so at ease and relaxed. She really knows what she’s doing, i had no worries. i highly recommend coming here for a facial!

I love my time in the chair at Black Diamond Boutique  and I'm always very confident whether it's my hair being done by Hope (who is also a polite pro) or my face being done by Jordan, between these two ladies, I'll leave satisfied.

I did a big chop and Hope did an amazing jobs on my hair. I came in with hair to my lower back and left with it just below my shoulders. Hope did an amazing job and made my hair exactly how I was hoping it would be! I would recommend diamond beauty and Hope to anyone looking for a quality haircut.

First time booking, had a lovely time. Gabriela did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I got an all over color with different colored tips and a haircut. All the staff were great from start to finish, 100% recommend giving them a try! Super chill experience.

Yesterday was my second time at the saloon. How I couldn’t get back? I went there for my first time two months ago and got my haircut with Michaela, and she did an amazing job… my hair stayed in place for two months (and I have a short cut), plus she is a super nice person. Yesterday I went back to trim my haircut and also fix my nails with Ellie. I am super enthusiastic about my nails, Ellie did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. I just love this place, super clean, good vibes, nice people, affordable prices and PROFESSIONAL. I live in Spokane but I don’t mind driving 30 mins to go there.. absolutely worth it!

Michaela is fantastic. I was a little nervous going in as I'm an older woman and not "glam" in any way. Everyone there made me feel comfortable. Kudos to Michaela for listening to my ultimate hair goals and setting me up with another stylist there who she felt could best achieve those goals. 😁

Almost missed the building as I didn't realize they transformed an old restaurant into a gorgeous salon! It's where the market Street Restaurant was. I was blown away walking in and seeing the new space. It's modern and sleek and very welcoming. I was placed with Hope who was incredible and made my 1st professional haircut in years amazing. She listened as I told her my goals and what I was hoping to achieve today. She spent an hour washing and cutting my hair to perfection. I enjoyed the conversation and really appreciated her attention to detail and her craft. I made my next appointment with her and can't wait for it.

Michaela was very knowledgeable and personable! She Cut and styled my hair. It was an absolute breeze of an experience, hands down 5 stars all day.

I had a new person, so it was a little slow going at first, but she asked questions, and that impressed me. She didn't try 2 fake it.  An advanced hairstylist assisted, and my hair is 💯 what I asked for.  The consultation was great, too.
I also had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, and there were a few hairs and adjustments that needed to be made.
I went back the next day, and the owner did it free of charge.
I shopped the boutique & found a very cute top too.
Everybody was very professional.
I recommend giving them a try!

Michaela was amazing with my daughter!!! She has always felt very nervous with haircuts. The sensory experience, the uncertainty of if she'll like the cut, the social dynamics.... it's all makes her nervous. But I've heard amazing things about Michaela and so did my daughter from her friend. So, we thought we'd give it a try! Michaela made my daughter feel so relaxed and at ease!! She checked in throughout the cut to make sure she was happy with what was being done and was so supportive about it being okay for my kiddo to tell her if she didn't like something! We are so happy with the whole experience and couldn't recommend Michaela enough!!! Also, Miranda did a great job with my brows while my daughter was getting her cut! Super happy with our whole experience today!!!

As always nothing but good things to say! Michaela is so wonderful with my hair and my kids hair - not to mention I've never had an awkward conversation where you feel like you HAVE to talk. Conversations always feel natural and I never feel bad about being honest about the hair! We will continue coming back for sure!
